Black Market

The Seedy underbelly of the already lawless Goblin Bazaar. The Black market never stays in one place for long, and only those who come looking are ever likely to find it. But there are things to be purchased here that you can't find in the shops and stalls of the upper market. Here you will find unwilling slaves, valuable gear stripped from the bodies of dead adventurers, and all manner of cursed or unsavory artifacts.

Description

What is the Black Market: The Black Market, much like the Goblin Bazaar, is a constantly rotating group of merchants and stalls, only lacking permanent structure or location. Goods range from cheaper knockoffs of items sold by the shops of the goblin bazar, or items that you may want to be discreet in buying for one reason or another. Some merchants will exploit the need for discreetness to charge more, some items may be defective, for better or worse.

A common feature is cages and small trading of slaves, and the big slave auctions are a notable time in the Black Market, set up around a center stage and tents, but, the thing about the black market is it is ever changing and moving to stay unknown to those who would disrupt it if it stayed stationary.

A male Dohwar, and one of half of the EV Cartel, he happily supplies any number of drugs or other materials in the Black market.

A female Dohwar, and one of half of the EV Cartel, she happily supplies any number of drugs or other materials in the Black market.

Bob

An information broke, fence, acquirer of second hand goods, he may well be a leader of a thief guild, a pity he is rather nondescript.

A merchant of questionable replicated goods, typically at cheaper prices.
