Bio: An old business partner of Fucks Bitches who jumped at the first chance he got to take over Fuck's possessions. He has forged papers of the highest quality, giving him full immunity and legal rights for trading slaves with occasional toy left behind from his old friend.

Chains made a deal with Cleasa to inform her over Fae creatures that were sold into slavery by their parents. He received a good sum for providing that very... narrow information in the future, and for allowing Cleasa and Tara to forge some documents regarding Deli Armtroph, rewriting her documents to point to Liora instead.

Chains has contacts in the Frostveil Tundra, who capture slaves for him. Major Event: Pirate Abduction Rinkling Chains was one of the kidnapped victims during the The Pirate Abductions, and was the first victim. He was found, already a low part of the crew, swabbing decks under watch. As the rescue crew came, he hid, then was rescued, making it back to the shore safely, to get ready to start his empire back up.

Unresolved Event: Bob's Theft Bob took advantage of Rinkling Chain's disappearance to gather information of his sales, clients, and whatever other documentation was present and usually protected. With blackmail and extortion material, materials for negotiation, and taking some source, important documents that Rinkling Chain's would no doubt buy back, the feline may be in a disadvantaged position going forward.
